The mission of the TAEA Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE) is to recognize exemplary pupil achievement within the Visual Arts by providing artwork college students and packages a regular of excellence by which to achieve. The CEF Futures hosted an Art Event at Boulevard Brewery on February 28 to profit the CEF Futures Guardian Angel Fund. Guests enjoyed Jack Stack appetizers, Boulevard drinks, and an Art Exhibit that includes local skilled artists and scholar artists from faculties supported by the Catholic Education Foundation.
Janet was awarded an Honorable Mention at a previous Starline Factory 4th Friday occasion. Largely self-taught, she is planning to do increasingly plein air portray and has loved re-connecting together with her joy in painting after retiring, both studio and plein air.
Over the weekend of Feb. 8-10, 2019, Lipscomb Academy hosted its 15th annual Art Event at the McCadams Athletic Center. The MAC was reworked into a beautiful venue displaying a variety of media that embody painting, jewelry and woodworking, that includes the artwork of artist Mary Miller Veazie of Murfreesboro.
