Partner organizations and/or artists are required to sign a legal agreement with DOT and supply a certificate of insurance naming the City as an extra insured. The mission of the TAEA Visual Arts Scholastic Event (VASE) is to recognize exemplary pupil achievement in the Visual Arts by offering art students and packages a normal of excellence by which to attain. Proceeds from the event funded 30 scholarships for college students whose households are facing a short-time period disaster, such as a job loss or medical emergency.
